For Potomac School — 1. Potomac Learning
Potomac School contacted me asking for help communicating its distinctive approach to learning, primarily for applicant families but also for donors to it annual fund and its recently concluded capital campaign.
In response, Upland analyzed the school's needs in depth and created:
- "Potomac Learning" — an introduction to the school's values and philosophy of education →
- "Celebrating Early Childhood" — an introduction to the lower and middle schools
- "Preparing for Exemplary Lives" —an introduction to the intermediate and upper schools
We conducted 18 on-camera interviews with students, parents, faculty, staff, and trustees, to create these three videos.
Although Potomac offers outstanding physical facilities, we decided not to show the campus at all in order to focus instead on what the school wished to underscore as most distinctive about Potomac relative to peer schools — its approach to education.
