For Shady Hill School — Jake Hopkins, Third Grade Teacher

The director of admissions at Shady Hill School, a K-8 independent school in Cambridge, Massachusetts, asked Upland to create videos to affirm the school's strengths while also countering the perception among some applicants that it's smarter to apply to a K-12 school, to avoid repeating the application process for high school.

So we created six vignettes: three featuring teachers, and three featuring alumni who were then attending or had graduated from prestigious schools after Shady Hill — St. Paul's, Milton, and BB&N.

This vignette about a third-grade teacher focuses especially on Shady Hill's approach to early childhood education.
